C4OZ-17271-A for a manual trans
D00Z-17271-B for an automatic trans
(some places leave out the 17271)

will the 21 work on a c-5 with 3.27 gears??

You'd have to check and see which drive gear you have, which means yanking the tail housing. If it is a 9T, then the 21 will work. If it is an 8T, it would be a 19. This is assumimg you still have 28" tall tires.
