Which is your choice in the GM engines?

I am partial to the BBC, of course, but some of those small block stokers have got serious cubes! Shocked

An uncapped BBC has a distinct sound like a lion's roar that says "kiss my ass" !!

There's no replacement for displacement! Very Happy

...but you can't beat the small blocks for cost and a good 383 is a torque beast. Thumbright

On V8's I prefer Pontiac. No big or small block. One size fits all!

GM's I lean toward small blocks. Cost/hp ratio is excellent.
