Posting for a friend..

He is selling his 396 short block, going bigger..

This is a complete short block and included ARP head bolts. It has a trick flow stage 3 cam, FRPP sportsman block,Scat 9000 crank, Scat rods with 7/16th rod bolts, SRp pistons, KING rod and main bearings (10/10), Canton 7qt road race pan, FRPP balancer, HV oil pump, and double roller timing chain.

Motor mad 408 rwhp with E-brock Vic Jr's, Spyder intake, 36# injectors, 75mm TB, 1 3/4" shorty headers, 3' exhuast, with and AOD and 3.73's. Made this at Pro Speed in Atlanta when burning chip...

Add heads, intake, and dist and ready to go..

He is asking $3200

The hookers were never ran with the combo. He had everything out swapping over to a car with a cage when he decide to go bigger.

The 1.75" shorty headers have been sold already...

Here are the pictures.... Motor has very low miles, check out cross hatches in picture below.

Short block consist of, Sportsman 2 block with Scat 9000 crank. Scat I beam rods with 7/16's rod bolts, SRP pistons, TFS stage 3 roller cam, HV oil pump, canton 7qt road race pan, timing chain cover, FRPP balancer, and ARP head bolts.(Flexplate not included)

Add upper half and be riding,,,,

Also has Hooker Super Comp headers with 2" primary's and plates..

$200 for headers,

$3200 for short block,

Willing to meet with in a 200 mile radius of Columbus GA 31909 for motor deal.. And within a 50-75 mile for the headers..
